Career Awareness, Career Discovery

Career Research

We have had a great start exploring the various career pathways.  Students have taken pre-assessments to explore what skills and natural abilities they possess. We have spent time researching and evaluating various career pathways based off of their interest.  Students have now chosen a career of interest and are now able to discuss what their chosen career pathways involve.  We are currently preparing our presentations to discuss the following aspects of their chosen careers:

  • Job Descriptions
  • Main Duties
  • Required Skills
  • Salary
  • Educational and or Training Requirements for High school and College
